This policy covers the tereatv website at teratv.us and the conversations you start with tereatv through the contact options on it.

Information You Choose to Provide

tereatv only receives the information you choose to send. Depending on why you contact us, this may include:

• your name
• an email address, if you add one to the contact form
• the subject and content of your message
• order or payment references, when you ask about an order or a refund
• details about your plan, device and setup
• the MAC Address and Device Key from IBO Player, when you send them for activation or support
• Xtream Codes details, when they are relevant to a support request

Only share login details when they are needed for a support request. Never send full payment card numbers, crypto private keys or seed phrases.

How the Contact Form Works

The form on the contact page does not send your details to a tereatv server. Instead:

1. your browser builds a WhatsApp message from the fields you completed;
2. WhatsApp opens in a new tab with that message ready; and
3. nothing is sent until you choose to send the message in WhatsApp.

The website does not save what you type in a database, an email system, or your browser's local or session storage. If JavaScript is turned off, the form passes only your message text to WhatsApp in the same way.

WhatsApp

The contact buttons and the form on this website open WhatsApp through wa.me links to tereatv's WhatsApp number. Once you are in WhatsApp, your messages and information are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, which tereatv does not control. Messages you send there reach tereatv through WhatsApp.
