About These Terms

By using this website or ordering a subscription, you agree to these terms. They apply together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

The Service

tereatv is an IPTV subscription service. Plans run for 3, 6 or 12 months, for 1 to 4 devices. Each device is one simultaneous stream, so a 2-device plan allows 2 streams at the same time, and so on. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.

Content Availability

The catalogue currently includes 54,000+ live channels, 191,000+ movies and 43,300+ TV series. It can change over time because of service and content updates or technical circumstances, so a particular channel, film or series is not guaranteed to remain available.

Ordering and Payment

• You choose a plan and number of devices on this website. The Get Started button opens WhatsApp with your plan and price.
• Pressing the button does not complete an order. Your order is made in the WhatsApp conversation with tereatv.
• Available payment methods are communicated during the ordering process.

Activation and Setup

Service details and setup help are provided after your order and payment are confirmed, as applicable. No specific activation time is guaranteed. The setup guide explains the usual steps.

Third-Party Apps

Watching tereatv may require a third-party player app, such as IBO Player. These apps, and the app stores and devices they run on, are provided by third parties that tereatv does not control. Any licence or fee for a third-party app is separate from your tereatv subscription unless tereatv states otherwise.

Renewals

A renewal is a separate order and activation unless tereatv states otherwise when you order. Once a renewal has been activated or delivered, it is generally non-refundable, as described in the Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy, including its refund-request window, which is subject to the conditions set out there and is not an unconditional guarantee.

Trials

Trial availability, if offered, may vary and is not guaranteed as part of the standard subscription.

Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for the number of simultaneous streams you bought. You agree not to:

• use more simultaneous streams than your plan includes
• resell your subscription without tereatv's authorisation
• share access in a way that gets around the plan you bought
• interfere with, overload or otherwise abuse the service
• use the service unlawfully

Login Details

If you receive login details, such as Xtream Codes details, keep them private and reasonably secure. Do not publish them or share them publicly.

Service Availability

Like any online service, tereatv can be affected by:

• internet and network conditions
• device or player compatibility
• maintenance
• technical issues
• third-party infrastructure

Uninterrupted availability, a particular picture quality and particular speeds are not guaranteed. If you have a problem, contact tereatv so it can be looked into.

Suspension and Termination

tereatv may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary because of material abuse of the service, unauthorised resale, deliberate circumvention of plan limits, fraudulent activity or unlawful use.

The tereatv name, branding, website design and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without authorisation, except where the law allows. Other names, trademarks and platform logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Third-Party Links

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and player or app platforms. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, tereatv is not responsible for losses caused by third-party apps, devices, networks or services it does not control, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any mandatory consumer rights.
